We held the AKPA Chemicals 2025 - 2030 Strategy Workshop in Montenegro from October 31 to November 2, 2024. Attendees included our Chairman of the Board, Mr. Kemal Darcan; Deputy General Manager, Mr. Zafer Darcan; Executive Committee Members; Managers; and IBCG Turkey Consultants.

During this workshop, we conducted analytical studies focused on strategic planning, management, and business strategies that will shape our company’s future. We achieved several significant goals, including developing our 2030 vision and strategic plan.

We sincerely expect that the insights gained from the Strategy Workshop will serve as a valuable guide for our endeavors in the coming years, fostering our continued growth and success.
